Greg's Hauling Dumpster Rental Agreement
By completing the purchase of any dumpster rental, this Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into and accepted by and between Greg's Hauling ("Provider") and the purchasing customer ("Customer") for the rental of a 15 cubic yard roll-off dumpster. The terms and conditions of this Agreement are as follows:
- Rental Period and Rates:
- $350 for a 3-day rental.
- $400 for a 7-day rental.
- $15 for each additional day beyond the agreed rental period.
- Disposal Limits:
- The rental price includes disposal of up to 2 tons of waste.
- Additional tonnage beyond the initial 2 tons will be charged at $89 per ton, prorated.
- Prohibited Materials:
- Prohibited items include tires, paint, and hazardous waste.
- Heavy Materials Restrictions:
- Heavy materials like dirt, rock, and concrete are restricted to bed-loads only.
- The container must not be loaded beyond 1/3 full for heavy materials.
- The maximum weight the container can hold is 1/3 full; excessive overloading may result in on-site removal of contents by the Provider.
- Damage to Property:
- Customer is responsible for any damages to the dumpster or surrounding property during the rental period.
- Damages include, but are not limited to, structural harm, graffiti, and any alterations affecting the dumpster's integrity.
- Customer agrees to promptly notify Provider of any damages and will be held liable for the cost of repairs or replacement.
- Security Deposit:
- Provider may require a security deposit at the time of rental to cover potential damages.
- The security deposit, if applicable, will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the returned dumpster, minus any deduction for damages.
- Indemnification:
- Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Provider harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the rented dumpster.
- Insurance:
- Customer is encouraged to maintain appropriate insurance coverage to protect against any unforeseen liabilities related to the dumpster rental.
